2012 Gathering Registration Is Open

Registration for the 2012 Traditional Gathering is open. From now until June 1, registration is $120. After June 1, registration is $140.

You can pay via the secure, safe Paypal link below, or by mailing your check to Northern Lights Qajaq Society, 843 Van Buren Ave., St. Paul MN 55104-1665.

THE DETAILS: Come for all four days or a portion thereof; the cost is the same regardless. Sleeping space is available in several bunk houses at the site. Park officials will not allow tents to be set up at this group facility. If you would rather camp in your tent, make reservations for one of the many campsites at Lake Carlos Park. Alternately, hotel and motel accommodations are available in nearby Alexandria.

You are responsible for your food. We'll provide coffee and hot water throughout the day. In the evening we'll make sure there are hot coals available for those who want to grill. Refrigerated space is available for your food.

Please, leave Fido at home. 

Cancellations: Your full fee will be refunded if you cancel before June 1. Half of your fee will be refunded if you cancel before July 15. After July 15 there will be no refunds. You may always transfer your reservation to another paddler.
